SOIC Printer Fleet Manager

I talked to Pete Bucklin and he pointed me to Kurt Stailey. His office is in the basement of INFO EAST. Supposedly, he manages all of SOICs printers. Alternatively UITS manages all of the computer lab printers.     Although...I didn't find it very helpful for email configuration.
    (Looks like they used the personas to inform the design of Jetadmin.)
